This cobot was made by AUBO, its open source architecture enables the Robot Operating System (ROS) to be supported through an API for industrial, research and academic uses. Furthermore AUBO-i5 can use the CAN bus network to communicate between joints.
It can do a lot of different application such as: Assembly, Packaging, Welding, Pick and place, Inspection, Machine tending, Research, development and be used for University studies.
